Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This policy covers Escape to Arizona Studio, a private dashboard run by Ryan Meeks for his YouTube channel, Escape to Arizona. Only Ryan can log in to it. It isn't open to the public.
What this app does
The app looks at public videos from a list of real estate YouTube channels. It checks how well each video is doing so Ryan can see which topics people care about most. Later, it'll also help Ryan upload videos to his own YouTube channel.
We use YouTube API Services
This app uses YouTube API Services to get its data. When you use this app, you're also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
Google's Privacy Policy also applies to the data that comes from YouTube: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy
What data we collect
From YouTube (public data only):
- Channel info, like the channel name, picture, and subscriber count.
- Video info, like the title, thumbnail, length, and publish date.
- Video stats, like views, likes, and comment counts.
We don't collect the names, emails, or comments of anyone who watches these videos.
From Ryan's own YouTube account (later, for uploads only): If Ryan connects his own YouTube account, the app will only use that access to upload and schedule his videos and to read how his own videos are doing. It won't touch anyone else's account.
From people who visit this site:
- The login page sets one cookie so Ryan stays logged in. It doesn't track you.
- We don't use ads, ad trackers, or sell any data.
How we use the data
We only use it to run Ryan's dashboard: to spot videos that are doing much better than normal, and to plan new videos for Escape to Arizona. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it's stored and for how long
Data is stored in a private database that only this app can reach. It's hosted by Railway and Vercel.
- We refresh YouTube data at least once every 30 days, or we delete it.
- When a channel is removed from the watchlist, its videos and stats are deleted.
- If Ryan disconnects his YouTube account, the app deletes the access it was given and any private data from that account within 7 days.
How to remove access
If you ever connect a Google account to this app, you can remove its access at any time here: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Your questions
If you have a question about this policy, or want data about your channel removed, email Ryan at ryan@ryanmeeks.com. He'll get back to you within 7 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
